The Hungarian office of Colliers International announced that Petra Holy joined the Office Agency Team as Associate Director from October 2012.

Ms. Holy has vast experience in the Budapest real estate market, with an impressive career and history in the industry; she arrived to Colliers International with seven years of experience in landlord representation and consultancy. The professional previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Hungary and GVA Robertson, representing major developers as well as multinational corporate and local tenants, managing for example the Transcom relocation and the CEMEX SSC lease renegotiation.

Furthermore she represented international landlords/developers such as GTC, Heitman, IVG, AIG Lincoln, Atenor, Skanksa and many others.

Ms. Holy's responsibilities at Colliers International encompass representing and obtaining exclusive leasing mandates as well as providing consultancy services to local and international tenants thereby increasing the company's market share in Hungary.
